Actor Vicky Kaushal is looking forward to the release of Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur. In a recent interview, the actor revealed his wife Katrina Kaif didn’t like his clean-shaven look for the film.While speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Vicky shared Katrina was fully aware of the process of making Sam Bahadur. He said, “She was very happy to see the look of Sam Bahadur and the kind of work that was going behind it, she was aware of the whole process of the shooting.”Sam Bahadur has Vicky essaying the role of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, who was the first Indian Army officer to be promoted to the rank of Field Marshal. Manekshaw played a pivotal role in India’s victory over Pakistan in the 1971 war, leading to the creation of Bangladesh.The film which releases on December 1, along with Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal, also stars Sanya Malhotra in the role of Siloo, Sam’s wife, while Fatima Sana Shaikh portrays former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film also features Neeraj Kabi as Jawaharlal Nehru and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub as Yahya Khan.
